Perth Strata Cleaning took over the cleaning contract of Condor Towers in 2014. The previous cleaning companies did not have any success with the building and, due to the poor standard of the cleaning, the building always had a run-down look that made the building look older than it was.

The building has increased in reputation and also value due to the visual impact of correct cleaning services.
